Use case
Good for 1,5 liters of tea. You can use the tea hot or cold. Below is a general explanation of how to use the tea.
Shamanita Harmony Tea Instructions
- Bring 1.5 liters of water to the boil in a pan. When the water boils, remove the pan from the heat. Let it cool for a few minutes until the water is about 80 degrees. Now the water is the right temperature for the Shamanita organic tea.
- Place the Shamanita tea bag in a teapot. If necessary, now also place the extra bag with contents in the pot.
- Now carefully pour the hot water over the Shamanita tea bag.
- Let the tea steep for about 7 minutes. The exact time depends on your personal preference. Did you add your own addition? Then take this out now too.
- Remove the bags from the teapot and throw them away.
- Serve hot in a tea cup or tea glass.

Dosage
- 1 gram = You may feel a slight “buzz”
- 2-3 grams = You will definitely feel a nice “buzz”
- 5 grams = You feel a trippy “buzz”
- 3-4 grams = Shared portion (2-3 people)
- 5 grams = Shared portion (2-4 people)
- 10 grams = Shared portion with (5 people)
About the ingredients
- Magic truffles (order separately) – 2x 5 gram microdose truffles, vacuum packed. Crumble this into pieces in the extra tea bag (see dosage).
