Priority shipping
We only deliver within Europe and work with the best partners for fast delivery. When possible, your order will be delivered in an envelope or otherwise per discreet package. Track & Trace is not guaranteed for destinations outside the EU, envelope shipments and islands.
Most foreign parcels are delivered between 4 and (maximum) 18 working days after shipment.
We do our best to provide you with as much tracking information as possible. But the quality of the tracking details may vary. If a product does not arrive after the above shipping period, we will first start an investigation at the postal company. This may take some time. If a package does not pass customs due to regulations in your country, you are not insured for this. See also our Terms and Conditions. So always check first whether the product is allowed in your country. If this is the case but the product has not arrived, we will still send you the products or you will receive your purchase amount back.
