RETURN POLICY

Below you can find information about our return policy per situation.

  1. DEFECTIVE

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period due to a cause beyond your control, you can return the product to us. We will then try to repair it for you or, if that is not possible, replace it. If you want to return a broken or defective product to us, please read our warranty policy carefully. If the damage to the product is within the warranty policy, please contact customer service immediately.

We will then email you a form with instructions. Only returns with a fully and carefully completed return form and address can be processed.

2. DAMAGED

Guarantee means that we as a company guarantee the quality of our products. By selling a product to you, we do our best to ensure that the product meets the promised requirements, the product must be 'sound'. If a product turns out not to meet the requirements, we guarantee that we will compensate you as a consumer for this.

There are always three sides to a warranty policy: there are warranty conditions that the product must meet before it can be returned (1. We always do our utmost to guarantee the quality of our products and to package and send them well. If it happens that a package arrives broken or damaged, send an e-mail to info@smartbazar.nl within 7 days.

Mention the order number in the email and attach a photo that clearly shows the damage. We will send you further instructions as soon as possible. Only returns with a fully and carefully completed return form and address can be processed.

WARRANTY POLICY

  1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
    The warranty conditions describe what a product must meet in order to be returned to the seller. In order for a broken or defective product to fall within the warranty conditions, it must be broken or defective within the warranty period due to a cause due to a defective quality of the product.   1. WARRANTY PERIOD

Product category 1. Smart products, plants, seeds and grow kits
Smart products, plants, seeds and growkits are natural products and therefore we have only a limited influence on their effect. For example, the effect of smart products, apart from the quality of the product, also depends on the situation in which the product is consumed and the level of experience of the user.

Product category 2. Headshop and Lifestyle
All headshop and lifestyle items (excluding products with a limited expiration date) come with a warranty of 6 months. Because the elaboration of the lifestyle products with a limited expiration date depends on a number of factors over which we have no control (such as the interaction of the product with the customer), we do not use a standard warranty period for this product category.

  1. WARRANTY POLICY
    If the product falls under the warranty conditions and within the warranty period, you can return it to us. We will then try to repair the product for you (or have it repaired) or, if that is not possible, replace it.

It is not possible to get a refund for products that fall under the guarantee policy.
