Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides) comes from the root bark of a tree from the Brazilian rainforests. The literal translation is potency wood. This Muira Puama (tea) has been used by Brazilians for centuries as an aphrodisiac. Some Brazilian men even lubricate their genitals to promote an erection.
