Dream Herb Uvuma Omhlope
The dream herb Uvuma-omhlope (Synaptolepsis Kirkii) is a blue-green shrub with striking white roots. Uvuma-omhlope is a so-called 'Ubulawa herb'. Ubulawe is the name associated with South African plants used to induce dreams involving the spirits of ancestors.

Use case
Traditionally, this herb is used by the zulu and Xhosa as an ingredient for a sacred dream potion. It is used just before going to sleep to induce spiritual dreams.
This product consists of Kirkii root powder, which can be used to make tea. The threshold values for activating the effects can vary per person, but according to reports on the internet, 300 to 400 mg may be enough to experience the effect. You may have to experiment a bit on your own to find the dose that's right for you.
Add the powder to boiling hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Drink this 'dream tea' about an hour before going to sleep, preferably on an empty stomach. The powder is quite fibrous and tasteless, so add sugar or another sweetener if necessary.
