What do you need to know if you want to buy Skullcap
Take a spoonful of the Skullcap herb per cup of tea and add sugar or honey as desired. Drink a maximum of 2 glasses for the desired effect.

Warning when buying Skullcap
- Do not use during pregnancy or lactation.
- Because Skullcap may delay the central nervous system, it is possible that medication that is administered before, during and after surgery or other sedatives may enhance this effect. It is therefore wise not to use Skullcap for 2 weeks before a planned operation.
