Kanna Extract 10x extract
Kanna is the dried plant matter of the Sceletium tortuosum plant. It is used by South African tribes to improve mood and travel longer distances. In addition, Kanna also reduces feelings of anxiety and stress.

Dosage
Kanna 10x Extract can be chewed with chewing gum, smoked, sniffed or used in tea. An average dose is between 5-20mg. Each pack contains 1g Kanna 10x Extract.
Warning
Although Kanna contains many alkaloids, Mesembrine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, is the most important active ingredient. Therefore, Kanna 10x Extract should not be used in combination with any other SSRI medication. Do not use during pregnancy or if you are breast-feeding.
