How did the Force Femina come about? rapé into existence? For centuries, only men were allowed in the Yawanawa-tribe follow the shamanic path. That changed thanks to the sisters Hushahu and Putani.
They completed the arduous Rare Muka course not once, but twice. In 2006, they were officially recognized as the first female shamans.

Their courage also gave other women access to sacred plants and rituals. They broke age-old taboos and brought their wisdom to the outside world. From this change came Rapé Força Feminina was born.

This unique Rapé was revealed to Putani during her Rare Muka. Today it is mixed by her daughter Nawashahu. Only women are allowed to use this Rapé making, from a pure intention for healing and strength.
